Zooey Deschanel Challenges Top Chefs to cook Gluten Free

On tonight's episode of Top Chef Masters, the chefs were charged with preparing a dinner party for Zooey Deschanel and her friends. Just a few limitations: Zooey is vegan, gluten-intolerant and can't have soy. Talk about Gobsmacked!!!! After the chefs picked their chins off the ground, they quickly regrouped and planned their menus.

Braised Greens & Glazed Mushrooms

Hubert Keller
White Gazpacho (in shot glasses!)
Timbale of Avocado & Asparagus
Roasted Beet Salad

Anita Lo
Spicy Grilled Eggplant
Lentil Salad with Cashew Sauce

Art Smith (who went home tonight)
Strawberry & Champagne soup
Strawberry Rice Ice Cream
Almond Brittle

Michael Chiarello won with a Quinoa Pasta with Salsa Verde and Pine Nut Gremolata that made Zooey's blue eyes sparkle.
