Triumph!!!

In 2004, Ross Cohen, who has celiac disease, was having a hard time finding a restaurant where he and his fiancĂ©, Kay, could eat safely. Kay suggested making small cards that they could give to servers and cooks in restaurants which would explain celiac disease and gluten. Voila – Triumph Dining cards were born!

Now these portable, laminated cards are available in 10 languages: English, Chinese, French, Greek, Indian, Italian, Japanese, Mexican, Thai, and Vietnamese.

These awesome little cards were such a success; Ross and Kay (who are now married) have produced The Essential Gluten Free Dining Guide and The Essential Gluten Free Grocery Guide. The Dining Guide reviews over 800 restaurants in the U.S. and gives advice on their GF (or not) offerings. The Grocery Guide lists over 30,000 gluten free products you might be able to find right in your own supermarket.
So whether you’re dining in or out, Triumph has you covered!
